Who are all freshers didn't expect salary learn knowledge means its good for you. Otherwise you go another

Full politics, don't give respect to engineers, only respect to girl. No proper hike, politics based hike and promotion. Company didn't help any situation to all engineer's (basically didn't help😊). only help to management favourite person. No bonus, no incentive. You can able work multiple office (this rules only for favourite person not for others😂) Company didn't give bonus, incentive.
