All the reason why I never want to appriciate this company because I am working since 3 year and m still working in same salary and new people are coming with low experience and getting high salary more than me.
There don't have any procedure to increase employee salary.
If you will ask for increament they say we can't increase bcozproject is in lose so you can work in same salary or your can resingn

Compression is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometime,I have to work 12-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client call in the evening and sometimes late into the night. I do receive appreciation emails from my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid -year appraisal. That's all
