Job Security is not so good. But Work culture and company policies are good enough. Salary is very poor but its on time. It's a good platform to learn something new...

Very poor salary and very poor conveyance rates. DA is also very terrible. Poor quality of spare parts are provided to the customer. Which in result, device issue arises within a short period. And its very difficult to handle the customer in such cases.
