I like to work in sysnet but thare is no opportunity to grow up your self, thare i am working form past 3 + years, till now not a single penny increment was happen in my salery structure only one thing was happened that is more work load , I am working hard but I don't think uper level management knows that how much work and pressure we are taking.

Dislikes

I am working in hp warranty projects for last 6 years in sysnet 3 + years but still as I told they not giving good salery hike or bonus actually I think management was good but in middle thare lots of office politics also happening in senior lavel, type state manager or id manager, regional manager only 10 k I am working overhear, but when any fresher joining hear they give 12-13k minimum, I want to know what wrong thing I have done for that i was not getting any hike in past 3 years Money is very important part if u r not getting the same u have to search different way, that i am doing now , I will leave sysnet soon...Read More
