Dislikes

No work culture. Everyone is boss here. You have to report individually whole day to entire HO team whether internal support ladies or HR even if they don't understand anything about product or customers. Your salary can be held and deducted anytime. How long you will survive depends on how much you can compromise your self respect. They will exploit you as bonded labour and make your life a hell....Read More

Management and senior persons are supportive. But internal support team are worst. And be ready to report each case to each person individually whole day coz everyone will prove to be your boss here. Worst experience of my career.

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
