The working culture or environment is very good, seniors are very helpful and you get to work in many new projects and technologies and learn new things.

Dislikes

Work life balance sometimes takes a toss, but I guess that is the case with every modern day organization especially for a budding organization that is trying to establish itself in the big league.

Work Details

I was a java developer mainly but I have worked in various projects and technologies throughout the timespan that I have worked.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
