I like how flexible my personal and professional life is right now, the ease of working at Synoriq is positive. Also, I should mention the cool and calm office culture of Synoriq. All the training sessions on Saturdays are a big help to a fresher like me.

Dislikes

I would say that employees working here get much involved in their corporate life due to the engaging culture here which they can't help obviously because of which they feel busy and time packed.

I like the work culture here . Colleagues don't judge each other and they're very helpful. No restrictions on getting WFH if genuine and valid reason is given. Synoriq gives opportunities to everyone working here. Overall a very good company.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
