When I joined the company was in the growth spurt and there was alot of projects going on, I worked on multiple projects and learnt to manage or juggle through multiple things in my hands. Here, you get to work with direct clients as the work was alot. So with you learn to do things on your own. Overall whoever I connected within the organisation were supportive and helpful at all points.

Dislikes

As it was the growth period of the company when I joined, they were growing from 50 to 300. The folks in the organisation were the ones who have started the career in the same organisation and I was seeking an environment where people know much more than me about my field, hence I had to change.
