In synopsis IAS you can hike in salary.

Dislikes

Everything. No management, salary will credit on 25th of every almost 2 months. only two people are running the whole process. They will play the office politics from each others shoulder. Physically no one available for problem solving neither your nor the students. they told me to do the work from home for a week because of renovation of office, but then they sent me an email for the termination on basis of unethical reasons. Its a corrupt institute run by a fraud couple. They have designed a devious environment to invite faculty and rip them off. They have a set of frivolous and made-up excuses to fire anyone at anytime just to siphon off the payment they owe you.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
