I only enjoyed work timings in Syniverse, however, the Management is pretty Friendly.

Job security is worst. No Carrer growth. No learning. Policies are ok, not so good not so bad.

Work Details

Work-life balance was good because it was flexible to work at home too. So no need to stretch your shift timings in the office.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No job security at all. It all depends on your Manager.... He likes you then your job is secured, else you will loose it. You don't have to work, try impressing your Manager and you will be paid well

Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). If I choose option 2, could they revoke the offer?(As the HR told changing the DOJ in released offer letter is not possible
