Company charges for food from your CTC The transportation charges are exorbitant (literally like a business vertical) The higher management has top down approach and it’s clearly not working which is very evident from Biocon and Syngene quarters with muted earnings. Heavy load on employees and there is lot of unnecessary and overdone stuff which management wants employees to drive. The company is not employee focused. Worst cross functional team support . It’s laughable how things are done in this company. (Ball should not be in your court approach) Increment is stopped and even bonus is a doubt. The bonus provided for working during COVID 19 was laughable (can’t even pay your PG rent with that bonus) Currently not a good place to work. Please stay away from Syngene and Biocon atleast until 3-5 years....Read More
