Company was very flexible / attentive during Covid 19. They have taken enough care about social distancing , regular RT PCR test of employees, work from home as and when required. All external relationships were maintained to meet the business requirements while keeping in view safety of employees.

Dislikes

There is need to implement systems to improve efficiency. Formal training would help to achieve better results and personal improvement.

Work Details

Generally speaking my work is challenging as I look after export marketing. Specially after Covid 19 , it is not feasible to visit clients . There are enough opportunities to learn about the product / new markets which keeps me going.
