Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor. Higher management creates pressure in all aspects but appreciation or rewarding will never happens after completing too many projects or assigned tasks. Company is promoting financial roles only rather then promoting operations positions.

I am selected through campus placement in essar steel. but jioning time HR sir said to me" you are selected in Randstad contract company...so i am not happy ... because noone point discussed about Randstad contract on interview time ..

No problem in working because i was ready to do anything but contract is not acceptable in campus placement
