Overall a very rigid environment. If you want to change something, then you will face too much difficulty . Some bosses are good, who understand and are flexible to understand other viewpoint. Others are stubborn and they want to make sure that any problem they faced in their career must also be faced by new entarnts in the system.

Dislikes

Their appraisal system is such , that they tend to show that are trying to make a hierarchy, seperating performers and non performers. But this is usually discriminatery because Opposite also happens quite a time. They promote almost 95% peoples and leave some just to show that all cannot be promoted. Usually their appraisal is based on like and dislike and not on work.
