Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

Project team is very nice to you till you have not resigned from your position. I have worked with them 1.8 years. Whole Behaviour altered when someone resigned from his / her position. I was lost my offer after serving the whole notice period as per my offer letter. Now days this company murged with Colliers international. Hope, their culture may change after the collaboration. Other wise, join in your own risk....Read More
