Very poor salaries and appraisals. We engineers work so hard on the field but are paid so less. No additional benefits. Monotonous life . No activities. Monday to Saturday job and once , I got a bad team and manager and I left because of the politics. No one listens to complaints which are raised. HRs are least bothered to listen and managers don’t care. I whistle blowed once but management is least bothered. Very dull career growth and appraisals.
