I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Project team is very nice to you till you have not resigned from your position. I have worked with them 1.8 years. Whole Behaviour altered when someone resigned from his / her position. I was lost my offer after serving the whole notice period as per my offer letter. Now days this company murged with Colliers international. Hope, their culture may change after the collaboration.
