Work Environment worst as compare to other Ltd. Companies. Management is headed by poor leadership. As per other corporate jobs Quality itself doesn't rewarded there, less job security even they can fired you without a Single day notice period ( that's there level of management ).

Dislikes

They can fired a permanent Employee without any notice. So, the leadership is fully lack of professionalism.

Work Details

So hectic even sometimes you have to be prepare for continues 16 Hours Shift in a single day without any perks and benefits.

Friendly working staff.

Dislikes

Very poor management system, if you have talent to achieve any task then it's not a working place for you because your credit goes to someone else and they only highlight your flaws. There is no career growth.

Worst because I met a fatal accident there but no Assistant given by them they give 5000 PM for personal expense but after rejoining they deduct from my salary in a while that's there method of working, can't trustworthy management there.
