...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

For pramotion they don't see perticular person actually working or not. For ground level someone works but credit takes another person.

Work Environment worst as compare to other Ltd. Companies. Management is headed by poor leadership. As per other corporate jobs Quality itself doesn't rewarded there, less job security even they can fired you without a Single day notice period ( that's there level of management ).

Dislikes

They can fired a permanent Employee without any notice. So, the leadership is fully lack of professionalism.

Very poor management system, if you have talent to achieve any task then it's not a working place for you because your credit goes to someone else and they only highlight your flaws. There is no career growth.

A great place to work at, specially to a fresh young Mechanical Engg graduate as it provides a on Job training and gives you the freedom to select the department after completing the training. Safety is the first thing with the company takes into consideration which is pretty good . Young company hence a good scope of career growth.

Dislikes

Renumeration given against the work done need to looked at.It is slightly weak.
