Don't join here, there's a lot of discrimination. The person who does the work doesn't get the credit; someone else takes it. Those who work hard day and night to complete projects on time are not appreciated. In this company, only sycophants survive; there is no value for those who do good work. It's better to join another company.

Synechechron doesn't have it own project. They deploy to client side so it depends if you are lucky enough you will get good technology . most of the time client give dump work to contractor because they don't want to make dependency.

1. Hike average 2. Client is super priority so never listen to employee concern 3. No role of management behave like now you need to keep client happy 4. No process and polices 5. No co-ordination between client and parent organization 6. If client behaving inhuman then even listen concern 7. With me my client has harrased me on which synechron doesn't have any stand and was not ready to release me from my project. Not good hike No hike on promotions No chance of change in work once you tagged with a client No 360 degree feed back culture Terrible bench policy.
