People working there are nice with each other...No department politics ....if you are having good relationship with department head they allow you WFH and long leaves etc...

No job security ,no increments ,they can ask you anytime to leave without any fault....I worked day and night for this company .But management only believes new joined employees....because management has trust issues .For management old employees donot hold value for them.HR head[Sunil Kumari] is useless and brainless lady...She like to harass employees without any reasons. No increment, No promotion, No Bonus. Company was running nice but now new HR Head (Sunil kumari) is ruining company's culture. She is very arrogant. She don't have even manner how to talk to a employee. She like to harass employees without any reason. Employees are leaving the company and she is the only reason behind that. Recommended not to join.
