Job Security was there as during Covid they actually took care of all Employees and made sure they get salaries on time. Work Culture was also Good. Management needs to be redone and even company policies as well.

Due to Pandemic we actually did not get much career growth and salary appraisals. Learning was there as well as work life Balance.
