not properly guide about job 1st they get me in call center Dptm after thye shift me Enrollment Dptm agein they shift me studun care come/Reception dptm so how can we work like this diffrent diffrent role on same time but i will manage everything but they are not sattisfide with us so i left the job

Everything is bad. Mgmt, decisions, no fix employee policies. No fix policies, no written policies of company. No official sharing, you will get to know policies from other employees only. Dnt play with ur carrier if you have experience more than 5 years. Waste of time.regret..

They are playing with lives of people, they recruit ppl n with in a month or two they say you may don't have to continue from next day n you are fired with out any reason.. They don't even bother to know how a person has made effort to join n trying to learn new culture.
