Management is into micro management, they want all to work in their way of working which ideally doesn't all anyone to work independently. It's difficult to manage their unrealistic expectations. High attrition rate, not recommended.

Syenergy is my first Company and this company is very good. I learned a lot from my seniors like Gopal sir, Narender sir they did not discriminate among any employees. And one is my favourite our Lalita Ma’am is so awesome and she is very helpful.

The company is good but the slalry issue here is huge. I am not leave this job. We were freed by force. I joind Syenergy in Sep 2015 and my salary was 10k but when I left the company my salary was 23k. In the last 6years. If I had given it to some other company in 6years, Perhaps my growth would have been much batter.
