Management boost about low pay due to very good work life balance. But you never get that so called work life balance. There is so much traction in between teams and work culture is bad. Attraction is above 40% in finance and it put enormous pressure on existing resources with no forward looking career plan. Swiss Re work culture is very good and you have a positive environment everywhere. The Bangalore office location is simply an awesome work place where employee have all the facilities.

They started well in india in 2022, great place to work for those in mid seniority level.

Dislikes

Processes are not streamlined, manager is king. For 2 years no hikes. They would chose selected few for this and would never let you what was really wrong. Whole year you they ask no question and at end they say they are not happy with your performance. There is dummy appraisal system which they right all good things but benefits are given to only selected few. Swiss-re GBS is it firm of swissre reinsurance It had opened their operation in hyderabad in 2022. Since then they are expanding their IT wing and hiring more and more in house permanent employee. 1 thing i like more in swissre is, it gives employee chances of switching to other career roles and swissre as a company likes to give employee a good benefits and lovely environment to work.

Dislikes

Particularly not about swissre, but in general i dont like toxic people and toxic team who always de-motivate individual. And plays politics to secure their positions and role.
