They started well in india in 2022, great place to work for those in mid seniority level.

Dislikes

Processes are not streamlined, manager is king. For 2 years no hikes. They would chose selected few for this and would never let you what was really wrong. Whole year you they ask no question and at end they say they are not happy with your performance. There is dummy appraisal system which they right all good things but benefits are given to only selected few. Swiss-re GBS is it firm of swissre reinsurance It had opened their operation in hyderabad in 2022. Since then they are expanding their IT wing and hiring more and more in house permanent employee. 1 thing i like more in swissre is, it gives employee chances of switching to other career roles and swissre as a company likes to give employee a good benefits and lovely environment to work.

Particularly not about swissre, but in general i dont like toxic people and toxic team who always de-motivate individual. And plays politics to secure their positions and role.
