Amazing corporate culture. Great seniors and team members. Reimbursement of salary and mediclaim during Covid was amazing. Everyone got 6 months salary. Learnt a lot. Rules are strict but helps in the long run .

Dislikes

I just wish, Swiggy didn't close the kitchens during the pandemic. Despite closure, every staff was duly compensated. Salary , family mediclaim, learning opportunities, and job help everything was taken care of.

Company can be improvement but because of some seniors and those handlers who is handler the company rights company can't growth . actually they have not work in a manner and did not hard work for the organisation .in my way that was not hard to see to company on profit actually no one was not thinking about to grow company .just they are come to only for his salary and waste of time company .if I got opportunity to run a unit definitely I can see that unit in profit only in six months .I want said same things lots of time to my respective honours Mr.reddy but there no value of the shift manager .company did one mistake they gave too much salary to there employees either they have talent or not I am very disappointed to see this that they are taking too much salary to sit here only .I promise if I got opportunity definitely I give results but I this company who want do to work seniors is dislike to him and pressurised to him don't do this .so results is front of you very sad we have shut down all the units .very sad 😭...Read More

The job is quite interesting struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session I learnt evening on the job I got a chance to wear multiple hat's and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

I disliked the things when our getting pressure from upside but it's feels very good to work in pressure.

I was working with swiggy as a fleet manager i was handling a fleet up-to 400 to 500 and also I worked on particular area like order follow up, customer escalations, Audits, handling calls for any queries. DEs escalations payout issues good experience.

First problem in swiggy project team and marketing team they suggest copany high rented area and big investment which not required in city like pune. Suddenly shut down good operational units Like Vimannagar,PCMC and wakad,no proper use of money by project team.
