Hustle culture. 10-12hrs working is normal. Work over the weekends. No proper training.. they'll hand you work as fast as 2nd day of the job without any training.

They make a contract where as per the rules they need to inform 1month prior but they all of a sudden removed the access and the same they informing that it's the last day of your job...we suddenly become blank and have no clue of what to do next (this is a bad part ) atleast if they give a time we could find another job.. They informed us that the closure of the project but the truth is they have hired the new agents for 12k salary so they removed us . Really not satisfied with the ethics they follow. Swiggy is a wonderful organization and people who working since 2022 were enrolled as a onrole employee and they have all the benefits. but, New employees they hired as a third party employees , who treat them as a wagers in any mode of work. There is no growth or career support for those employees.

There is no work life balance, skill decelopment, promotions and at all and even no work satisfaction. Our management really appreciate to replace our designation name as FR+TC which is directly equal to FM
