their processes very bad if you have not joined the company and if you have resigned from here you have to take the full end final or you have remove PF then you will have to revolve around them. if you are writing the resignation then the lamp boy who is PF taker doesn't approve it he say that go to the branch manager kate then you should come to me and then offer resume last date .will after putting so many rounds then go and go to the last date to the last date to remove PF....Read More

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
