Hi All, During a job opportunity, when the recruiter asked for my expected CTC, I mentioned 12 LPA, as my previous job's fixed salary was 7.8 LPA. Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation? Would it be reasonable to ask for 14 LPA, considering I initially stated my expectation as 12 LPA? The job is based in Gurgaon, and I have 4.5 years of experience. Looking forward to your advice!

Bad experience, they did not provide offer letter, releiving letter, increment, bonus, they cheated me... Followed so many times with HR, MD, Branch Manager, General Manager no one responded and sorted my issues, they wr least bothered.. They need business and money.. Waste Management

Swift Securitas Pvt Ltd is basically a baniya company driven by a so called lala. Negativity is the height. They always try to steal your hard earned money. Lot of employees have lost their money working in this worst culture. They have no value to commitment which are majorly false. It's a company of thieves.

their processes very bad if you have not joined the company and if you have resigned from here you have to take the full end final or you have remove PF then you will have to revolve around them. if you are writing the resignation then the lamp boy who is PF taker doesn't approve it he say that go to the branch manager kate then you should come to me and then offer resume last date .will after putting so many rounds then go and go to the last date to the last date to remove PF.
