I don't like to work at all. I am in such a position that I am struggling to come out of the same. Presently its a draw back for my career, as I have spent 5 long years in this institute.

I dislike culture, mannerism, overall everything is uncomparable with even degree colleges.

Peon to Director all roles and responsibilities are undertaken by me most of the time. The new comers will get more salary than mine though they won't work at all.
