As careerwise it is great company for learning and growing. They give chance to freshers that is best thing about these company. Work environment is very positive. Cultural and physical Activities made by company are also very good part of this company.

Dislikes

There is only one problem i.e. salary of employees. They can not pay according to work and positions.

Work Details

I manage RMS in swastika investmart. Generally speaking my work is slightly challenging as I have manage the risk of clients. Doing billing and reporting to Managerial Director of the company on daily basis.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I like the environment and culture of there.second I learned lot to working with swastika.its really nice company.i learned lot of things that i didn't know Still I have confidence and skill to work anywhere with full positivity

All is good there.but i have to stay atleast 3 to 4 year when I can see the growth No doubt due to my work I got incriminate once in year But the if I have to raise my position so have to wait long with same Second at my department only 3 people so that the 9 hours duty raise to 12 house And the most important all want growth that's why I want switch swastika Otherwise I can say Swastika is nice company...Read More
