- Address customer inquiries regarding trading platforms, account issues, and stock-related services via phone, email, or chat.
- Provide guidance on using the trading platform and its features.
- Assist clients with account opening, document submissions, and compliance-related queries.
- Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., IT, compliance, operations) to resolve client concerns.
- Ensure all escalated issues are resolved within defined service level agreements (SLAs).
- Educate clients about regulatory guidelines, security measures, and best practices for safe trading.
- Monitor and report suspicious activities or breaches as per compliance protocols.
