Job Summary: As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. Your expertise in talent acquisition will play a key role in building a strong workforce that aligns with our company values and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and fit.
• Manage the interview process, including scheduling and providing feedback to candidates.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Assist with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and prepare reports on recruitment metrics.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1 year of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and employment laws.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and HR software.
