1) Favoritism for locals is at its peak, if you are an outsider trust me tough times are waiting for you with bundles of cheap politics & bad mouthing-beware of your colleagues. 2) Training is just namesake formality there- worst ! 3) Career growth is worst- Even if productions levels have gone up and at its peak the entire year you should not expect more than 2-3% increment. 4) Work environment especially at shop floor is corrosive and unhealthy....Read More
