Force motors is excellent opportunity for GET and engineers with upto 5 years of experience. This company work on the basic fundamentals and the staff and seniors are extremely talented with a rich and fruitful experience in their core department (Atleast in my case). As the company has almost all the conventional machines and equipments the growth of machining knowledge is quite a lot. Being a conventionally equiped company you will face a lot of hurdles and potholes but you will learn form them. The company is conveniently situated in Akurdi almost in the city so the travel from work to home is easy and readily available. My experience with FML was I'll say a 7/10 PPL may vary/disagree with my opinion but that's what I feel and what I experienced....Read More

1) The weird policies that pops up every now and then. 2) Security guys needs to calm down and respect the employee's as they feel they are the ones running the company. 3) Time office need to be supportive and not make polices as they please palace the blame on management. 4) On time increment's please.
