The working atmosphere of the company is really good for the employee. The help, support and all you need in your career growth is good. I have to make the sales call , plan the visits of the clients for the meeting. Always engages with the technical discussion and the technical knowledge about the product which we deals with. Haveto travel to various locations in the Chhattisgarh for the sales call. Some or the other , I have to make a site study of the competition product and ofcourse our products too. As far if we talk about the team mates of my company, all are very much responsive and helpful and social. And there is the main subject related topic is the appraisal, which is quite slow, which effects the career growth. The salary and all needs to be depends upon the experiences....Read More
