There is a lot of politics and the magement doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow .There is a bpnd of 2 years bef6 which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Nothing much except bonus. Everyone is holding just for it. Otherwise resignation rate would be very high.

Dislikes

Everything. If you think for refreshments after your work, even then you'll dissatisfied as plant location is worse then ever, nothing seems good outside of the plant(food, people etc.) If you relocat to mehsana then you will be chewed out via traveling.
