Safety culture is very best in this company, All work without safety is not happened. Every process rules and procedures decided. Without any training of member can not work.

No time for increment, not sure about bonus, not sure about management decisions, any time change .poor HR policy.

Company location is not good. If you live in mahesana then you job timings is about (12-13hrs) including travel. At assembly line the biggest problem is manpower shortage and manpower fluctuations.

It was a great experience working at Suzuki Motors. I learnt a lot from being a quality inspector and the army supported me a lot. I had to leave the company due to some personal reasons. I am ready to join again.
