Working culture ok but don't support for growth, least salary hikes. As man power contact company it doesn't support for high pay more than 25k

Don't support all people to learn new things, there is no low level vision (field) & true fault finding and support. Salary late. Head office also not at specified location at Bengaluru officials also telling same problem.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
