Dislikes

HR is not from Real Estate background so he hire people without judgement. Too much politics in mostly every department. Performers are not recognised for their contribution in sales or other areas as the TL claims all the credit. Increment in salary is almost zero or minimum. You will not get timely off from your duties, which affec ts work life balance. TL will try to overpower and demoralise you unnecessarily. Incentive is delayed or no incentive, even TL don't have any idea about incentives. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No job security, management can ask to leave you without any prior intimation on immediate basis, which is very wrong and unethical</mark>. Avoid joining such lala organization....Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
