HR is not from Real Estate background so he hire people without judgement. Too much politics in mostly every department. Performers are not recognised for their contribution in sales or other areas as the TL claims all the credit. Increment in salary is almost zero or minimum. You will not get timely off from your duties, which affects work life balance. TL will try to overpower and demoralise you unnecessarily. Don't work in sushma Buildtech. Unchi dukaan fika pakwan. You increment will pass after 2 or 3 years. Nothing is good.. Even they are not paying good salaries. Exploitation is much than appreciation

They will take resignation proof from you of your previous company. And after that at the time of your appointment in sushma, They will provide you offer letter under sushma, but will appoint you under company of sushma's sister concern. Management is useless. Clients are facing problems and nobody in the head office is willing to resolve problems of tenants. Bad building structure they are making. No maintenance of buildings after collecting maintenance charges. At any time you can be expell from the company. During my six month of tenure. Company expel 3 person. HR department seniors are doing nothing, just getting salaries. Accounts department working is pending always. No work structure is here. If you appoint for accounts payable, later you will be put into accounts receivable. 1) KRA not cleared by the HR and Company. 2) No Policies for Increment. 3) Travel Allowance will credit after two months. 4) Fake Commitments Only at the time of deciding the incentives. 5) No direct conversation with management.
