...M department, your life will be hell if you will not say "YES " in their "YES" . Also salary they say on 10th of every month but it is not true. 14 15 of the month also. They send legal notices of dues also if you resign on immediate basis due to their toxic working environment. Whatever HR will tell you about the company in starting is all myth. Neither head and colleague of CRM department is supportive nor HR. Think about before joining. You will see only good comments about this company here. Don't go . People usually go in this company as it is famous builder of TRICITY but your life will be hell after joining here. This company is neither customer oriented nor employee oriented , this company is purely self oriented. They tell you in the interview about Incentives also but their is no fix percentage they distribute incentive purely on FAVOURTISIM basis. People in CRM department hardly stay their max to max 1 year except FAVOURTISIM think before joining here. This is not what you see.

...or their contribution in sales or other areas as the TL claims all the credit. Increment in salary is almost zero or minimum. You will not get timely off from your duties, which affects work life balance. TL will try to overpower and demoralise you unnecessarily. Incentive is delayed or no incentive, even TL don't have any idea about incentives. No job security, management can ask to leave you without any prior intimation on immediate basis, which is very wrong and unethical. Avoid joining such lala organization.

Its a dealer oriented company with lotts of problem in ownership of property it has got title issues with project,then project delays is common,No promotion even after 3-4 yrs overall Bad experience

I developed my skills into training and learned more about myself and created some wonderful content.

Dislikes

There working culture is good but company needs to frame the policies once again in regards to the flexibility working hours for training department and also needs to work on the week offs.

*Great learning experience. *Your job is secure as long as you are able to close a deal every 3 months and build a good relation with your reporting manager. *The brand sells itself. *Healthy office politics keeps it interesting

Dislikes

*No work life balance. (Office timings are 10:15-7:15) *No timely incentives. (The Incentive policies are not clear to TLs as well) *Leave policies are pathetic. * Too much dependency on Team leaders ( whatever they say is the final verdict) *Too many restrictions if you’re in closing team and too little concern if you’re in sourcing team.
