They will blame you for anything even though that is not related to your department. Toxic environment will be there with inter department staff members. Quality department is exist to show the customer and having zero authority. Management is not bothering about customer satisfaction and Quality products. Appraisal cost will notprovide by management for any improvement You will not be allowed do counter with management. Management will disscus a lots about improvement in meeting but they will not allow to implement because of cost. If you try to do any improvement which involves cost then you'll be treated as a culprit. All the improvement points will be there on diary not in real. If you try to improve something management will manipulate you. If you highlight 100 times for any issues they will not respond back and if same happens in future they will catch you and blame you. Final moto of company is to sell the product without considering the quality of product. Company administration should review their old manager, why new joiners don't stay long in organization first of all. Abusive contractors demotivating bosses. If you think you can stay in Company 16 hours - 24 hours only then you consider this Company for joining. They will give you multiple responsibilities without giving you resources (4M). Unethical favouritsm, politics and even it is not safe to work there. I will recommend to discuss with ex employees before joining. Your boss will not listen to you the whole day but after 6pm they will start meetings and ask you about dispatches even after knowing either Machine was not working or Raw material is not available. Even after 100% dedication you will not going to get boss satisfaction. There is no standard at all, everywhere just jugaad. 1. No work life balance. 2. Management doesn't care for your health all they care is profit. 3. Employees are scolded in front of everyone. 4. Not providing enough man power and resources 5. Contract employees are made to work for more than 24hrs in case of production. 6. Be ready to work for more than 12hrs per day if you are permanent employee. 7. None of the employees are respected. 8. Don't fall for sweet words during interview, it is just an eye wash. 9. Dusty environment. 10. In name of safety measurements labourers get cheap material gloves, goggles (unfit for welding) cheap safety shoes are given which will be torn in a month. 11. Employees do not get any safety gears. 12.Negative mantality from the management 13. Increment and promotion is not based on performance but based on preference of employees 14.
