1. No work life balance. 2. Management doesn't care for your health all they care is profit. 3. Employees are scolded in front of everyone. 4. Not providing enough man power and resources 5. Contract employees are made to work for more than 24hrs in case of production. 6. Be ready to work for more than 12hrs per day if you are permanent employee. 7. None of the employees are respected. 8. Don't fall for sweet words during interview, it is just an eye wash. 9. Dusty environment. 10. In name of safety measurements labourers get cheap material gloves, goggles (unfit for welding) cheap safety shoes are given which will be torn in a month. 11. Employees do not get any safety gears. 12.Negative mantality from the management 13. Increment and promotion is not based on performance but based on preference of employees 14.
