The management is completely useless. They take students from good colleges and then puts pressure on them to sell insurances, get leads. Payment is completely variable depending on the number of insurances sold. The trainees are left to convert people with very little understanding of what needs to be done or said.

I have been working here for more than 1 year 4months. I had an amazing experience with this company. The team is always friendly and helpful, it has been an good working environment. All my leaders and seniors help to improve myself where I'm lacking. Company timing is very comfortable.
