As a fresher you can learn a lot and sometimes management tries to pull a single person on multiple projects.

Dislikes

Compensation is very poor for new joinees ( even though they are experienced ). Insurance coverage (2.5L) is horrible , terrible and what not ( if an employee is working for you then why can't you cover him like other companies) . People who are from the starting of the company are paid well. Indian CTO and Management donot have a SAY as ALL descisions are made by US team. Horrible insurance coverage for employee.
