A wonderful company to work with. Huge growth opportunities. Job is almost guaranteed, because no lay offs so far....

Everything is fine. No tensions, no over time work and very supportive management. So far no qualms.

Chairman MD and Directors are excellent people to work with. Company's philanthropic approach and transparency make it a happening place. Good work environment and culture. Team mates are supportive. Appraisals are fair and they give good salary bikes.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
