I absolutely love the working environment here. Have never seen any place have this kind of positivity about individual and collective growth of the company as well as the employees. It is overall a wholesome bunch of people working together and making an impact.

Not a dislike but a suggestion that a lot of processes need to be introduced as the company is growing to make certain work for employees more streamlined.

Work policy: Employees in some teams a free to choose when they want to come to the office. Certain teams plan and decide accordingly when they wanna meet and work from office. It's really flexible.

I am in awe of the training that I am receiving from Divya mam. I don't think I would have learnt all that I have learnt in the past 1 month in any other organization. My incentives have always come on time, salary is on time and we are loved, respected and supported. Whenever I get a sale, everyone celebrates it. I have worked in other ed-tech cos as well but I didn't see such an atmosphere. Nothing. Really really bad experience. Very Toxic work culture. Except for few good co-employees rest everything is BAD.

Toxic Work Culture No Work Life Balance On floor name calling and humiliation Product that is sold does not have market demand and the product price is too high for target audience but still the people running the show does not want to accept the product flaws. Rather they focus on blaming Sales team for every problem and openly humiliate people. Hardly any people survive more than 3 months. There is no Standard SOP. Every day rules change. Management tries to find different ways to deduct SALARY and apply LOP. Its a very very BAD company / No one should waste their career here....Read More

Everything. It’s like you’re back to school. TL gets upset if you leave on time, you’re required to inform before leaving. No support from anyone. They expect you to keep dialling numbers like a machine and get sales. Threaten to deduct salary when you don’t meet KRA’s whereas nothing as such is mentioned while signing the offer letter. Don’t join this company if you want to save time and peace.

Hi all company name Suraasa/Les transformation..team leader are unprofessional..no addequate support is given to employees when they join in sales.every month they fire Employee..deduct salary of you don't conduct sessions..no work life balance...hr names Priyanka... never get into the trap ..no growth factor..it's just u come at 10am and no going back home....it's a school wherein your manager everyday have a session humiliating everyone in floor for 1hr evry morning..never join...people are still working because they are not getting any options and most of them are not qualified enough to get jobs....Read More
