You have too much think and work to learn. Because no one will go to help you.

Dislikes

Salary is delay arround 2 months. Seniors are not helpful. Company has much more dept.

Work Details

Generally, I have 5 companies which I show sololy. Many times when I stuck in any glitch no one is available there to help but if you think about it it's seems weird but on the other side it's good to grooming and learning.

Work timings: Strict Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1. Outdated Tech: I’m worried that working with older tech will limit future opportunities. Should I stay or move to a role with newer technologies? 2. Salary: Is my current package competitive for my experience? What salary should I aim for if I switch? Seeking Advice: What modern technologies should I learn to stay relevant?
